HNTB Corporation Takes 22,362 Sq. Ft. at 9 Entin Road

NEW JERSEY—HNTB Corporation has signed a 22,362-sq.-ft. office lease at 9 Entin Road in Parsippany. The company will relocate its operation to Wayne and use its new space for a regional office.

Michael Tesser, senior managing director with Colliers International New Jersey, and Sven Sykes, executive vice president with Colliers International Chicago, negotiated the relocation and expansion on behalf of HNTB, which is slated to occupy its new space on July 1. Patrick Wilcox, associate director at Colliers International New Jersey, was also involved in the transaction.

The landlord, Lincoln Property Co., was represented in-house in the transaction.

Built in 1987, The 9 at Parsippany is a three-story, Class A office building located at 9 Entin Road near I-287 and features a recently renovated lobby, a new full-service café and other amenities.

HNTB is an architecture, civil engineering consulting and construction management firm with offices throughout the U.S. The employee-owned firm has designed many bridges, roadways, airports and sports venues, including Los Angeles International Airport, Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport, the Daytona International Speedway and the Oracle Arena in Oakland.

HNTB will move into its new space on the second floor of 9 Entin Road in July.
