Jones Lang LaSalle Tapped to Sell Flemington Marketplace

NEW JERSEYJones Lang LaSalle has been hired to market Flemington Marketplace for sale. The 239,081-sq.-ft., Class A retail center is located in Flemington and currently anchored by Kohl’s, Burlington Coat Factory and Michael’s.

Managing Directors Dave Wojciechowski and Joe Garibaldi, and Vice Presidents Jim Galbally and Tom Walsh are leading the Jones Lang LaSalle team on this transaction.

“The average household income within a 10-mile radius of Flemington Marketplace is nearly $131,000 per year, giving the center an extremely valuable demographic for retailers,” said Wojciechowski.

Flemington Marketplace is located at the Flemington Circle, at the intersection of Routes 202, 31 and 12 with easy access to New York and Philadelphia. Currently 90 percent occupied, the property is currently under lease negotiations for its remaining space, which will bring it to full occupancy.

Tenants include Chili’s, Panera Bread, Verizon Wireless, Hallmark and Cold Stone Creamery, among others.
