JV Acquires Oak Park Commons in South Plainfield

NEW JERSEYBryn Mawr, Pa.-based WP Realty and New York City-based Angelo, Gordon & Co. have acquired Oak Park Commons, a one-story, 136,939-sq.-ft. community shopping center, in South Plainfield, N.J.

Located in Middlesex County, Oak Park Commons is anchored by an A&P Supermarket, which occupies 60,025 sq. ft. Currently 76 percent occupied, the center has 33,508 sq. ft. of available space.

Situated approximately 22 miles southwest of Manhattan, the center is easily accessible from I-287 and includes a mix of national, regional and local tenants.
