NEW JERSEY—LNR Property LLC has tapped Colliers International New Jersey to exclusively manage and lease 1515 Route 10, a two-building, 290,000-sq.-ft. Class A office complex in Parsippany.
“The property at 1515 Route 10 is a well-located, best-in-class asset in the heart of a prime office market that is already attracting a diversity of corporate space users,” said Richard J. Madison, an executive managing director with Colliers International New Jersey who leads the leasing and management efforts on behalf of LNR.
Leslie Meril, managing director, and Lisa Kochan, director in the firm’s management services group, work with Madison on the assignment.
Newly renovated, 1515 Route 10 totals 275,000 sq. ft. of space and includes an additional 75,000 sq. ft. of underground storage. The property is in close proximity to Routes 80 and 287 and has indoor balconies, newly renovated elevators, a full-service cafeteria, fitness and center and landscaped grounds.
