N.J. Logistics Company Leases 343,485 Sq. Ft.

NEW JERSEYArgix Logistics has leased 343,485 sq. ft. of space at 100 Middlesex Center Boulevard in Jamesburg. Owned by IndCor Properties, which acquired the property in 2011, leased the entire property to Argix.

The space offers Argix Logistics unique sortation, warehousing, loading capabilities, and more than 200 trailer storage spaces.

"The acquisition of this property is in line with our continued focus on high-quality, well-located assets with the ability for our team to add value through leasing,” said Tim Beaudin, CEO of IndCor.

Jason Goldman of Cushman & Wakefield represented IndCor for the lease-up of the building; Michael Hines, Tom Monahan and Noah Balanoff of CBRE represented the tenant.
