NEW JERSEY—Atrium Executive Center, an office and business needs solutions provider, has signed a long-term, full-floor lease to occupy 25,330 sq. ft. of space at Two Tower Center Blvd., a 400,000-sq.-ft., class A office property in East Brunswick, N.J. CBRE represented the landlord in completing the transaction. Newmark Grubb Knight Frank represented the tenant.
Atrium Executive Center will occupy the entire 19th floor at the property and will use its space as an executive suite and conferencing center.
Two Tower Center Blvd. is situated at the intersection of Route 18 and the New Jersey Turnpike and is located within a three-building complex comprised of two 24-story office towers.
Other tenants at the property include PNC Bank, Wipro Technologies and SorinRand, among others. Amenities include a cafeteria, 24-hour security, on-site building managements and covered parking garage.
