Avison Young Adds New Hires to N.J. Team

NEW JERSEYAvison Young has made several new hires to join the firm’s newly established New Jersey office, which is part of the company’s plan to aggressive grow in the tri-state region.

New hires include:

• William E. McCaffrey who joins the firm as a principal. McCaffrey most recently served as an executive vice president with CBRE in New Jersey where he specialized in tenant and landlord representation.

• Peter C. Hedley who joins the firm as a vice president. Most recently, Hedley was senior associate at CBRE in New Jersey. He specializes in acquisitions and dispositions as well as lease negotiations for tenants and landlords.

• Timothy J. Cadigan who also joins the firm as a vice president and also most recently served as a senior associate at CBRE. Cadigan’s focus is on tenant representation for both office and industrial real estate.
