Avison Young Opens First New Jersey Office

NEW JERSEYToronto-based Avison Young has opened its first New Jersey office as part of its growth strategy, which focuses on offering coverage throughout the tri-state region. It is the firm’s 16th location outside of Canada.

The firm operates 34 offices in 30 markets and has more than 950 real estate professionals across Canada and the U.S.

Jeffrey L. Heller will be serving as principal and managing director of the New Jersey office, where he will focus on overseeing the growth and development of Avison Young’s presence in New Jersey, as well as servicing new and existing clients and managing the day-to-day operations of the office. Most recently, Heller served as executive vice president at CBRE in New Jersey.
