Bajzath Rehab Takes 2,500 Sq. Ft. in Fair Lawn

NEW JERSEY—Bajzath Rehabilitation Facility PC has signed a 2,500-sq.-ft. medical office lease at 17-15 Maple Ave. in Fair Lawn, N.J. NAI James E. Hanson Associate Vice President Darren M. Lizzack represented the tenant in the transaction.

Bajzath Rehabilitation Facility will use its new space as a chiropractic and rehabilitation facility and will join other medical practitioners in the building.

“We were happy to assist Bajzath Rehabilitation Facility in achieving its goal of leasing space near its former office,” Lizzack said. “This transaction provides the medical practice with an opportunity to grow and attract new patients while at the same time maintaining its existing clientele.”
