NEWARK—Baldassare & Mara LLC recently hosted an Open House at its new headquarters at 570 Broad Street in Newark welcoming more than 75 guests including colleagues, friends and family members. Attendees toured the offices and then gathered together for a celebration. Established in April of 2011 by Michael Baldassare, Esq. and Jennifer Mara, Esq., the litigation boutique services individuals and corporations in the federal and state courts of New Jersey as well as other jurisdictions.

Both Mara and Baldassare are well-respected throughout the legal community. Prior to creating their litigation boutique, the two attorneys worked together at Gibbons P.C., one of New Jersey’s largest law firms.

Baldassare concentrates his practice on criminal law, representing clients in connection with internal and government investigations as well as trial-level proceedings of national and international significance. Mara is the litigation boutique’s majority shareholder. She possesses extensive experience in complex commercial litigation cases at both the federal and state levels and also focuses on the defense of clients in criminal matters.
