Bergman, Gottesman Join Forces to Purchase Aspen Corporate Park in Woodbridge, N.J.

NEW JERSEYBergman Real Estate Group and Gottesman Real Estate Partners have joined forces to purchase Aspen Corporate Park, a 91,700-sq.-ft., two-building office park in Woodbridge, N.J. The acquisition marks the third for the joint venture partnership.

Andrew Merin, Gary Gabriel, David Barnhart and Jared Zimmel of Cushman & Wakefield’s Capital Markets Group represented both the buyer and the seller, a partnership of Ivy Equities and Meritage Properties.

Located at 1460 and 1480 Route 9 North, Aspen Corporate Park is in close proximity to the New Jersey Turnpike, Garden State Parkway, I-287 and Routes 1 and 9.

Both properties have renovated lobbies and common areas, onsite building management, covered parking and 24-hour security access systems. The new ownership is planning a capital improvement campaign to upgrade other areas of the property, including the elevators and parking lot.
