NEW JERSEY—Big Lots has committed to 25,350 sq. ft. of space at 571 Route 10 at a shopping center in Livingston. The Goldstein Group’s Curtis Nassau and Florian Suserman represented the owner, Maral Realty Associates.

Located on Route 10, the center is in close proximity to Interstates 80 and 287 and the Garden State Parkway. Other tenants at the center include Toys ‘r’ Us, PM Pediatrics, Route 10 Farmers Market and Irving’s Deli.
Big Lots has more than 1,450 stores in 48 states.
