Binswanger Brokers Sale of Building in Pennsauken

PENNSAUKEN, N.J.—Binswanger has sold a 275,517-sq.-ft. warehouse/production building on approximately 14 acres, situated at 175 DeRousse Avenue in Pennsauken, N.J.

Features of the property include un-insulated metal panel construction in the warehouse and masonry over steel frame in the production area; built up, rubber, and metal roof in some portions; ceiling heights to 21 ft. and 27 ft.; gas fired heating units in the production area; combination of wet and dry sprinkler systems throughout; all utilities; 26 KV primary power; and 55 paved off-street surface parking spaces.

The buyers, New Mill Capital and Global Equipment plan to use the facility for equipment storage and will offer space for lease.

The transaction was handled by Marc Policarpo, senior vice president, in Binswanger’s Philadelphia, PA office.
