SADDLE BROOK—CBRE has secured the leasing assignment for the Silverman Group's Summit Corporate Center at 180 River Road in Summit. CBRE executive vice president Jeffrey L. Heller, SIOR, is handling the assignment for The Silverman Group.

The approximately 45,000-sq.-ft., class-A, two-story asset has a 29,872-sq.-ft. availability. The state-of-the-art site offers numerous amenities, including covered parking and available building signage. The office building is located minutes from the downtown area and close to both the Summit and Chatham retail corridors and train stations. There is also a full-floor availability in the building.

The building compliments another Silverman Group-owned property, 97 Main Street in Chatham Borough, where the company recently signed a long-term lease for 7,700 sq. ft. with Point Capital Partners. Both properties are currently undergoing renovations, including exterior, common area and facility upgrades.
