CBRE Named Leasing Agent for Site in Shrewsbury

SADDLE BROOK—CBRE has secured an exclusive 103,000-sq.-ft. leasing assignment for 1030-1040 Broad Street in Shrewsbury. The two-building site is owned by American National Insurance (ANICO).

CBRE first vice president Suzanne Macnow and senior associate Patricia Riedel are handling the assignment. John Spencer and Jack Behrens of CBRE manage the buildings.

ANICO acquired the site from National Realty Group and has embarked upon a renovation effort that includes updating the lobbies, bathrooms, common areas and exterior. Morgan Stanley is an anchor tenant and two additional units are leased. The availabilities at 1030 Broad range from 1,800 to 7,263 sq. ft., while at 1040 Broad they are from 1,989 to 15,634 sq. ft.

The property has highway frontage and is within walking distance to all amenities such as Panera Bread, Qdoba, Jersey Mike's Subs, Acme, Boston Market, Trader Joe's, Marshalls and Bed Bath and Beyond.
