CBRE Promotes Four to VP

SADDLE BROOK—CBRE has promoted William Hassan, Nicholas Hilton, Sarah Jones-Maturo and Wesley Moore to vice president.

Hassan, who has been with CBRE since 2002, focuses on tenant representation within the northern New Jersey industry market with a focus on healthcare, data centers and critical environments practices, providing strategic real estate planning, brokerage and occupancy support services for clients such as Bank of America, Deloitte & Touche, State Farm, TIAA-CREF and UPS.

Based in the Saddle Brook office, Hilton joined CBRE in 2004. His advanced market knowledge of both the Central and Northern New Jersey submarkets has led to the completion of many successful transactions on behalf of clients such as Charles Schwab, Marsh & McLennan, Fujitsu and Citrix Online. Hilton has aided in the acquisition and disposition of more than one million sq. ft. of New Jersey commercial space.

Jones-Maturo has completed more than one million sq. ft. of transactions on behalf of both tenants and landlords. Last year, she represented Aeropostale on the 69,000-sq.-ft. relocation of their New Jersey offices.

Moore joined CBRE in 2003, operating out of the company's East Brunswick office. He is marketing more than 750,000 sq. ft. of office space on behalf of owners and sub-landlords. His client list includes Avaya, Boeing, GE and Merrill Lynch.
