CBRE EVP Sarno Recognized by BSA's Monmouth Council

EAST BRUNSWICK—CBRE's executive vice president and a member of the Executive Board of the Monmouth Council, Boy Scouts of America, Joseph Sarno, received the Century Donor Award plaque by Scout Executive Lee A. Marconi of the Monmouth Council, Boy Scouts of America. Lee A. Marconi paid a personal visit to CBRE's offices in East Brunswick to thank Sarno for his help and achievement on behalf of the Council's Executive Board.

In addition to serving as a board executive for seven years, Sarno has held several executive posts—including vice chairman for the Joshua Huddy Award Dinner and also as a member of the Scout Golf Classic Committee.

Sarno, who is actively involved with Boy Scout troops of Monmouth County, has been a critical player in revitalizing the Council, helping it raise money since he moved to New Jersey in 2000, earning him high regard in the organization and among the young scouts.
