Properties are on the market for the first time in a decade
FAIRFIELD, N.J. -- Loman Properties has signed Grubb & Ellis as exclusive marketing agent for 820 and 815 Route 1 in Woodbridge and 3419 Route 46 in Parsippany. Available for sale or lease for the first time in more than a decade, the properties will be marketed by a team led by Senior Vice President Jerry Putterman and Associate Vice President Dean Tselepsis of the firm's Fairfield office.
"The Woodbridge properties are sandwiched between Woodbridge Center Mall and Menlo Park Mall," said Tselpsis. "The Parsippany property offers much potential with seven acres of land and 550 feet of highway frontage."
For the Woodbridge properties, 820 Route 1 is .66 acres with lighted intersections and access to Route 1 from North and South. 815 Route 1 is a .25-acre site adjacent to and existing Staples. And
Procida Funding and Advisors provided a working capital faclity through its 100 Mile Fund to facilitate the assets' repositioning.
