NEW JERSEY—Compass Self Storage LLC, based in Cleveland, Ohio, has purchased a self-storage property in Bloomfield, N.J. It’s the company’s second New Jersey purchase in the last six months.
Comprised of more than 90,000 sq. ft. the storage center is located off the Garden State Parkway on Locust Avenue and offers indoor storage, climate-controlled units, four covered exterior loading docks and moving supplies. The facility will also offer a move-in truck.
