Colliers Adds Donnelly to Industrial Team

PARSIPPANY—John Donnelly has been named a managing director at Colliers International New Jersey, where he will join the industrial services group led by Frank Lopriore. Donnelly will focus on Northern and Central New Jersey.

Donnelly has extensive experience with tenants, owners and developers, including Mack-Cali and Hartz Mountain, among others, with a specialization in the Meadowlands, Seaport and Airport markets. Prior to joining Colliers International New Jersey, Donnelly was a vice president at Grubb & Ellis.

A sample of Donnelly’s most notable transactions include a 200,000-sq.-ft. industrial lease for Delonghi North America in the Meadowlands, a 110,000-sq.-ft. relocation for SupplyOne from an obsolete facility in Queens, N.Y. to a warehouse in Paterson with direct access to Route 80, and a 90,000-sq.-ft. consolidation for Empire CLS in Secaucus.
