Colliers International N.J. Names New Executive Managing Director

NEW JERSEY—Colliers International New Jersey has named Richard Mirliss as executive managing director to its brokerage division.

Prior to joining Colliers International New Jersey, Mirliss was a managing director at Newmark Grubb Knight Frank, where he led a brokerage team for eight years.

Mirliss specializes in investment sales as well as both tenant and landlord representation throughout northern New Jersey. Previously, he was a vice president of business development at Citigroup.

“Rich has extensive experience in the Northern New Jersey markets and will be an invaluable asset to our brokerage team,” said Robert Martie, executive vice president of Colliers International New Jersey. “His banking background gives him the advantage in any transaction, since the market landscape has become increasingly reliant upon the financials of both tenants and landlords.”
