NEW JERSEY—Comcast has signed a 72,500-sq.-ft. lease extension and expansion at Executive Park at East Gate, located at 112 West Park Drive in Mt. Laurel. CBRE Executive Vice President Jon Sarkisian, Vice President Brian Saggiomo and Senior Associate Anthony LiVechhi represented Keystone Property Group, while Binswanger Senior Vice Presidents Marc Policarpo and Robert Corr represented the tenant in the transaction.
Previously, Comcast occupied 44,000 sq. ft. of space at 112 West Park Drive. Headquartered in Philadelphia, the company expanded its space in Mt. Laurel to accommodate its growing research and development operations.
The lease expansion brings the building to 100 percent occupancy.
Totaling 114,000 sq. ft. of space, Executive Park at East Gate is located near exit 4 off the New Jersey Turnpike, Interstate 295, Route 38 and Route 73.
Keystone purchased the property more than six years ago and repositioned the property to office space with a capital improvement program that was completed I 2007. Renovations included new façade and roof, updated HVAC and mechanical systems, refurbished lobby, ADA-compliant bathrooms and additional parking.
