CoreNet Video Conference Focuses On Regional Job Creation

LIVINGSTON—A video conference will bring together corporate real estate professionals from New Jersey and New York to discuss “Hot topic-Jobs. What is CRE’s (Corporate Real Estate’s) role in job creation for the NY/NJ region?”

The dual panel discussion is scheduled for Wednesday, January 18, 2012 from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. and will take place at Eastman Companies, Eisenhower Corporate Campus, 290 West Mt. Pleasant Avenue in Livingston, N.J. and at the Time Warner Center, 59th St. and Broadway, New York City.

The session will be moderated by Jay Biggins of Biggins, Lacy, Shapiro & Co. on the New Jersey side and Joe Lacy, Biggins, Lacy, Shapiro & Co. on the New York side.

Participants in the New Jersey panel include: Tracye McDaniel, president/CEO ChooseNJ; Phil Kirschner, president New Jersey Business & Industry Association; Richard Berzine, founder & chief executive: Richard Berzine & Company Ltd. and Real Estate Advisor to Pearson PLC; and Stephen Franklin, manager of Real Estate Services, Ernst & Young Intl.

Participants in the New York panel include Seth W. Pinsky, president, New York City Economic Development Corp. and Gagandeep Singh, corporate real estate strategy executive, Goldman Sachs.

The focus of the conference will be an open discussion on how the corporate real estate executives in New Jersey and New York can affect job growth in the region.
