Cory Home Delivery Takes 175,000 Sq. Ft. in North Bergen, Relocates from Elizabeth

NEW JERSEYCory 1st Choice Home Delivery leased 175,000 sq. ft. of space at 5601 Westside Ave. in North Bergen. The company, which specializes in warehousing and home delivery of home furnishing, appliances and electronics, has relocated its primary distribution operation to its new location from Elizabeth.

Stan Danzig, Jules Nissim, Stephen Elman and Cathy Bounczek, based at Cushman & Wakefield’s East Rutherford office, represented Cory in negotiating the long-term lease. Secaucus-based Hartz Mountain Industries owns the building.

Founded in 1934, Cory is a family-owned firm that executes more than 1.6 million annual home deliveries, handling $2 billion worth of consumer products.
