Cresa NJ Helps A-V Services Renew Lease

RUTHERFORD—Cresa NJ—North/Central, part of Cresa LLC, has brokered a renewal of office and hi-tech production space at 99 Fairfield Road in Fairfield for A-V Services Inc.

James Scancarella, principal of Cresa NJ, and Edward English, vice president of Cresa NJ, represented A-V Services in the transaction. The landlord, Commercecenter Realty, was represented by Howard Weinberg and Matt Turse of Cassidy Turley.

“A-V Services had been a tenant at 99 Fairfield Road since 1987, and the company wanted to investigate alternatives in the market to see if another property could suit its changing space needs,” said Scancarella. “After our market analysis we determined that the company’s existing building was the optimal facility and location.

Founded in 1960, A-V Services Inc. develops intelligently designed technology and advanced multimedia systems to meet the audio-visual communication needs for clients in a variety of industries.
