Cresa’s N.J. Office Moves to Rutherford

RUTHERFORD—The New Jersey-based office of Cresa has signed a lease at 201 Route 17 North in Rutherford. The New Jersey office has been expanding since co-managing principals Tom Giannone and Ron Ganter took the helm of the office in early 2011. The new lease will accommodate the firm's present requirements and will allow for continued growth.

Ganter, along with Dennis Gralla, principal of Cresa’s New Jersey office, represented themselves in the transaction. Michael Nevins of Onyx Equities represented the landlord, Meadows Office LLC.

The new office is on a main thoroughfare in New Jersey and centrally located, providing access to New York City and all major roads.
