LAWRENCEVILLE—Langan Engineering & Environmental Services has increased its presence and relocated within its current location at 989 Lenox Drive in Lawrenceville. In little more than one year, this regional office quickly outgrew its operating space and worked with Cushman & Wakefield Inc., and its landlord Brandywine Realty Trust, to sign a new lease for 10,750 sq. ft. in the same building.

Marc Graham of Cushman & Wakefield's East Rutherford office teamed with Cushman & Wakefield colleagues Donald Eisen, Lee Miller and John Picco, to represent the tenant. Brandywine Realty Trust was represented in-house by Stephen Jennings.

Constructed in 1984 and renovated in 2002, Princeton Pike 1 at 989 Lenox Drive, consists of 112,055 sq. ft. on three floors. With this transaction, Langan moves into entirely new space within the class A asset.
