NEW JERSEY—Dallas-based SRS Real Estate Partners has secured four leases at Deptford Landing in Deptford, N.J. totaling approximately 29,455 sq. ft. of space. David Wirth, a senior vice president in SRS’ Philadelphia office, represented the landlord in the transactions.
New leases include:
• 20,014 sq. ft. leased by DSW Shoe Warehouse. Brian Katz of Katz and Associates represented the tenant in the transaction.
• 4,900 sq. ft. leased by Panera Bread. Colliers Internationals’ Roger Carlson represented the tenant in the transaction.
• 2,400 sq. ft. leased by Hand and Stone Massage & Facial Spa. David Dunkleman of Colliers International represented the tenant.
• 2,141 sq. ft. leased by Chipotle. Gary Leone of Fameco Retail represented the tenant.
Deptford Landing is a 492,000-sq.-ft. shopping center situated on 62 acres and located at the intersection of State Route 42 and Clements Bridge Road. Existing anchor tenants at the facility include Circuit City, Office Max and others.
