NEW JERSEY—Dick’s Sporting Goods has signed a 50,175-sq.-ft. lease at National Realty and Development Corp.’s Hadley Center in South Plainfield, N.J. where it will take up residency in late summer 2013. The lease brings Hadley Center to 100 percent occupancy.
Located on Stelton Road, Hadley Center totals 542,000 sq. ft. of space. Anchor tenants at the property include Target, Kohl’s, Regal Cinemas and Marshalls.
