NEW JERSEY—Frasco Realty has paid $1.45 million to acquire 1 Godwin Ave., a 15,200-sq.-ft., freestanding office building in Midland Park, N.J. Both the buyer and the seller, 1 Godwin Avenue Associates, were represented by NAI James E. Hanson’s Dominic Fittizzi, associate vice president.
The property is in close proximity to New Jersey highways and mass transit, as well as shopping and dining. The property offers a built-in file storage facility and parking.
“The buyer was attracted to this building due to its location in affluent Northwest Bergen County on the Ridgewood border,” Fittizzi said. “Additionally, the property features excellent parking, which is extremely important in this part of New Jersey.”
