Frozen Yogurt, Ice Cream Vendor Takes 80,000 SF in Edison

NEW JERSEY—A. Panza & Sons, a soft-serve frozen yogurt and ice cream vendor, has signed a long-term lease to occupy 141 Fieldcrest Ave. in Raritan Center in Edison, N.J. Totaling 80,000 sq. ft. of space, the property will be used by the tenant as warehouse space.

Jordan Metz, sales associate and vice president at Bussel Realty Corp., represented the owner in the transaction, while John Cascio and Steven Nozza, also at Bussel, represented the tenant.

Originally constructed in 1972, 141 Fieldcrest Ave. was renovated, modernized and expanded in 2008. The property includes 8,000 sq. ft. of office space, 25,000 sq. ft. of cooler/freezer space, 34-ft. high ceilings, 11 loading docks and rail service.
