Goldstein Group Tapped to Market Crossroads at Eatontown

NEW JERSEY—The Goldstein Group has been tapped to serve as the leasing agent for The Crossroads at Eatontown, a 107,800-sq.-ft. shopping center in Eatontown, N.J. on behalf of the center ownership.

Located at the intersection of Route 35 and Route 36, the center is a redeveloped site in Monmouth County that sees traffic exceeding 150,000 vehicles per day. Currently, Macy’s Furniture and Fortunoff Backyard Store have space at the center, which offers plenty of parking.

Renovations at the property are planned to begin in the spring of 2013.

“The owners have done a magnificent job in their planning to transform this strategically positioned site to be one of the prime retail locations in Central New Jersey,” said President Chuck Lanyard of The Goldstein Group.
