The Hampshire Companies Sells 85,000-SF Flex Building in Northvale

NEW JERSEY—Fillo Foods has purchased 10 Fairway Court in Northvale.

Kenneth D. Lundberg of NAI James E. Hanson represented The Hampshire Companies in the transaction. Fillo Foods was represented by Mitch Helfman of MRH Real Estate.

10 Fairway Court is an 85,000-sq.-ft. industrial/flex facility. Located in the Northvale Industrial Park, the property offers direct access to the Garden State Parkway and is in close proximity to 9W, the Palisades Interstate Parkway, I-287 and to Manhattan via the Tappan Zee or George Washington Bridges.
