Harbor Freight Tools Leases 16,000 Sq. Ft. at Linpark Square

NEW JERSEY—Harbor Freight Tools has signed a 16,000-sq.-ft. lease at Linpark Square in Linden, N.J. The new Harbor Freight Tools location will be situated in a new 27,000-sq.-ft. building, which is currently under construction.

Upon completion, Linpark Square, which is owned by Garden Commercial Properties, will house 275,000 sq. ft. of retail space.

Linpark Square is situated at the intersection of Park Avenue and the Route 1 & 9 corridor.
