FLORHAM PARK, N.J. -- Holiday Fenoglio Fowler has arranged $8.75 million in financing for Bedminster II, a two-building, 73,130-sq.-ft. business park in Bedminster, N.J. HFF's Senior Managing Director Jon Mikula and Managing Director Jim Cadranel worked on behalf of Advance Realty in placing the 10-year, fixed-rate loan with Nationwide Life Insurance.

Bedminster II, situated at 1420-1430 U.S. 206 in Somerset County, is close to the intersection of I-78 and I-287. Completed in 2000, the building at 1420 totals 40,910 sq. ft., and 1430 encompasses 32,220 sq. ft. including an on-site conference center and a gym.

Combined, the two buildings are currently 97 percent leased, with a tenant roster that includes The Investment Center Inc., Actel Corp., Amarin Pharmaceuticals, UBS and QRX Pharma.
