Hilti Hardware and HSHS Sign Leases at Riverfront Plaza in Hackensack

NEW JERSEYRiverfront Plaza in Hackensack has added two new tenants to its 130,000 sq. ft. of space in Bergen County. Hilti, a hardware and tool retailer, and HSHS Liquors will occupy two separate storefronts at the shopping center, taking a combined total of 7,250 sq. ft. of space.

Located at 500 South River St., Riverfront Plaza is owned by Crossroads Companies. The center is home to other retailers such as Chase Bank, GNC, H&R Block, J-B Pet Supply, KFC, Mandee, Radio Shack and Subway, among others.

“Riverfront Plaza is anchored by Inserra ShopRite Supermarkets,” said Al Giglio, owner’s representative of Crossroads Companies. “It is one of the highest volume ShopRite stores in Bergen County. In addition to location and high visibility, the shopping center’s ease of access draws over 25,000 people a week to our shopping center.”

Located 12 miles from Manhattan, the property provides access to Routes 4, 17, 46 and I-80 and almost 50 bus and rail lines that link to Port Authority Bus Terminal, George Washington Bridge Terminal, Newark and Jersey City.
