NEW JERSEY—An industrial property at 3087 Route 22, located within North Branch in the municipality of Branchburg, was sold in an all-cash transaction valued at $1.36 million. The property consists of a 7.18-acre parcel of land with a 45,376-sq.-ft., one-story industrial building.
The site is located within close proximity to Highways 202 and 22, Trans-Bridge bus line, and New Jersey Transit. The sale price equates to $30 per sq. ft.
“The buyer is a local user who will be retro-fitting the building for his growing business,” said Kobi Leifer, Massey Knakal director of sales, who handled the transaction with CEO Paul J. Massey Jr.
