Internap Network Signs Long-Term, 100,000 SF Lease in Secaucus

NEW JERSEY—Internap Network Services Corp., a global hosting and data center services company, has signed a long-term lease expansion at Prologis’ 1 North Enterprise Ave. in Secaucus, N.J. where it will occupy 100,000 sq. ft.

The Secaucus facility is Internap’s 12th company-controlled data center across eight North American markets.

Cushman & Wakefield’s Jon Mayeske, associate director, along with Sean Brady, senior director and co-founder of the company’s data center advisory group, represented Internap in the transaction.

“Internap chose to expand in Secaucus because of its immediate access to New York City and the growing technology boom in Midtown and Downtown Manhattan, where the company currently operates two data centers,” said Mike Higgins, Internap’s senior vice president of data center services.

Headquartered in Atlanta, Internap provides IT infrastructure solutions, dedicated hosting, managed hosting, collocation, performance-optimized IP connectivity services and a global content delivery network.
