ROCHELLE PARK—The New Jersey Chapter of The Industrial & Office Real Estate Brokers Association (IOREBA) will host its 20th annual Office “Developer’s Night” reception on Monday, March 26, 2012, at 5:00 p.m. at the Marriott at Glenpointe Hotel in Teaneck.
“Our panel of industry veterans will offer their views on the state of New Jersey’s office marketplace, state incentives, and discuss industry trends," said David Simon, 2011-2012 president of IOREBA and managing principal of Cassidy Turley. "We are fortunate to have this group of speakers and we look forward to seeing all of our colleagues at this event."
Ted Zangari, member, Sills Cummis & Gross P.C., will serve as moderator of the panel of industry experts including: Anthony DiTomasso, co-CEO of Ivy Realty; Jay Biggins, executive managing director, BLS & Co.; and Steven J. Pozycki, founder, chairman and CEO of SJP Properties.
The event begins with a cocktail hour from 5:00 p.m. to 6:30 p.m., followed by a buffet dinner and panel of speakers.
