JA Cosmetics Moves to Saddle Brook in 132,000-SF Lease Deal

SADDLE BROOK—NAI James E. Hanson recently facilitated a 132,000-sq.-ft. industrial lease with JA Cosmetics at 45 Mayhill Street in Saddle Brook.

Vice Presidents Jeffrey DeMagistris and Thomas Vetter represented the ownership, Jos Muscarelle. JA Cosmetics, which manufactures the e.l.f. line of beauty products, is relocating from a site in Paterson.

The single-floor industrial/flex property's total building size is 205,000 sq. ft. The unit leased by JA Cosmetics has an 18-foot ceiling height a drive-in door and 116-car parking. The site is located near major roads of transportation including Routes 80, 46, 17 and the Garden State Parkway.
