Law Firm Triples N.J. Space to Accommodate Growth

NEW JERSEY—Lucosky Brookman L.L.P., a corporate finance and securities law firm, has signed a new, 5,500-sq.-ft., five-year lease and is planning the relocation of its Iselin office to 101 Wood Avenue South in Woodbridge. The move, which is expected to take place this fall after completion of the office construction, was initiated to accommodate the firm's growing client base and advancing business needs.

In addition to its New Jersey location, Lucosky Brookman also has New York offices located at 45 Rockefeller Plaza.

"The new Woodbridge office space accommodates our firm's continued growth, with state-of-the-art technology and conferencing capabilities," said Joseph Lucosky, co-founder of Lucosky Brookman. "Our new location also features upgraded amenities for our employees, including a gym and gourmet cafe."

Lucosky Brookman first opened its offices in January.

"The layout of our new office will feature 20 offices with floor-to-ceiling windowed conference rooms, enabling us to grow the Firm by adding additional attorneys and staff, expanding into diverse practice areas and hosting larger client conferences and meetings," said Seth Brookman, co-founder of Lucosky Brookman.
