Levin Management Secures Three N.J. Shopping Center Assignments

NEW JERSEYLevin Management has secured three new New Jersey shopping center property assignments recently for which the company will serve a variety of roles.

New assignments include:

• Olde Lafayette Village in Lafayette. Levin Management was named court-appointed receiver for the 95,000-sq.-ft. center, which has a blend of factory outlet stores, specialty and antiques shops and restaurants. As both leasing and managing agent, the company is working toward operational and aesthetic improvements.

• Whiting Town Center in Whiting. AAM Management L.L.C., which recently acquired the center, appointed Levin Management as manager for the 118,000-sq.-ft., grocery-anchored center. In addition to upgrading the center’s appearance and implementing ongoing maintenance, Levin Management will create events for local residents.

• Atlantic Plaza in Pleasantville. Levin Management is serving as managing agent for the 21,800-sq.-ft. Atlantic County shopping center, working on behalf of the lending institution that recently took control of the property. The firm’s efforts there center on physical upgrades and ensuring efficiency.
