NEW JERSEY—Lincoln Property Company has signed several new leases at its 180-188 Mt. Airy Road property in Basking Ridge.
Over the last 12 months a total of 69,645 sq. ft. of space has been leased at the property. Some of these transactions include:
• 10,000 sq. ft. for The Learning Experience at 188 Mt Airy Road.
• An additional 5,800 sq. ft. for Montgomery Academy, which will be added to its 30,575 sq. ft. of space the company already occupies. Montgomery Academy was represented by Steve Fleming of Jones Lang LaSalle.
• 4,136 sq. ft. for Precision Staffing at 180 Mt Airy Road in a consolidation of offices from Springfield and Liberty Corner.
• 3,886 sq. ft. for Our House at the 188 building. The tenant was represented by Peter Wisniewski of Coldwell Banker Feist & Feist.
• 3,243 sq. ft. for Mendham Capital at 180 Mt Airy Road in a relocation. Lee Barnes of The Garibaldi Group represented the tenant in the transaction.
• 3,243 sq. ft. for Mendham Capital at 180 Mt Airy Road in a relocation. Lee Barnes of The Garibaldi Group represented the tenant in the transaction.
Consisting of two 50,000 sq. ft. office buildings, 180-188 Mt. Airy Road is situated on an 11-acre site off of exit 26 of I-287.
The buildings each contain two stories and are separated by a pond. The property provides convenient access to the entire New Jersey/New York metropolitan area and is within close proximity of I-78 to the south and to the Peapack Gladstone train line, Morristown Airport and Newark Liberty International Airport.
