Marcus & Millichap Sells Eight Acres in Kenvil

KENVIL—Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services has sold an 8-acre property located in Kenvil, according to Michael J. Fasano, vice president/regional manager of the firm’s New Jersey office.

Alan Cafiero, senior associate; Ben Sgambati, vice president—investments; and Brent Bradshaw, investment specialist in Marcus & Millichap’s New Jersey and Indianapolis offices, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a Midwest transportation company. They also secured and represented the buyer, a local operator.

The subject property is located at 25 Berkshire Valley Road, just minutes from Lake Hopatcong and adjacent to the Morristown and Erie railroad. It consists of 8.20 acres of land which currently houses two small industrial properties with eight drive-in loading doors. It is an ideal investment for a user who is looking for a small warehouse and the ability to park trailers outside.
