NEW JERSEY—Massey Knakal Realty Services, based in New York City, has been retained on an exclusive basis to market a mixed-use elevator building in Jersey City for sale. Located between Thorne and South Streets at 410-412 Central Ave., the property has an asking price of $2.75 million.

Comprised of three stories totaling approximately 12,000 sq. ft., 410-412 Central Ave. is equipped with ceilings between 10-ft. to 12-ft. high.

Two retail units are located on the ground floor of the property, totaling approximately 6,000 sq. ft. The second and third floors of the property include eight residential units, six of which are one-bedroom units. The remaining two units are two-bedroom apartments.
