NEW JERSEY—Matrix Development Group has sold 102 Melrich Road, a 103,350-sq.-ft. distribution facility in Cranbury, N.J. David Zimmel of Zimmel Associates represented the buyer in the transaction.
In conjunction with the sale, Tris Pharma leased the property from the new owner.
Located on eight acres less than two miles from the Exit 8A interchange of the New Jersey Turnpike, 102 Melrich Road was constructed in 1977 and expanded in 1987. The property includes 12,432 sq. ft. of office space, 21-ft. ceiling heights, seven dock-door positions, one drive-in, trailer storage and parking.
