NEW JERSEY—McKinley Commercial Client Services, based in Ann Arbor, Mich., has completed an assignment for Smithville Town Center, located in Galloway, N.J.
McKinley initiated a tax appeal, reduced operating expenses, improved collections and renewed tenants at the 107,719-sq.-ft. retail center.
