NAI Hanson Secures Five-Year Lease with Holy Name Hospital

LODI—Holy Name Hospital has signed a long-term lease for medical/office space at 4 Hunter Street in Lodi, according to NAI Hanson.

The two-story building totals 14,500 sq. ft. and offers central heat and air, elevator and ample parking. The hospital will occupy 1,250 sq. ft. of space on the second floor that was built out and in move-in condition.

NAI Hanson associate vice president Darren M. Lizzack, MSRE, and sales associate Cheryl Bozzelli oversaw the transaction on behalf of the building's owner, Sapna Investments.

According to Lizzack, the transaction was put together in a relatively short period of time because the tenant needed to relocate quickly, and had to find space in a convenient location that did not require construction.
