NAI Hanson Named Leasing Agent for Industrial Sites

HACKENSACK—NAI James E. Hanson has been named exclusive leasing agent for two modern industrial properties in Irvington.

At 22-24 Camptown Road, the entire 24,200-sq.-ft. facility is available and divides into two units. The first unit totals 11,200 sq. ft. with 1,550 sq. ft. of office space. The second availability totals 13,000 sq. ft. with 2,800 allocated for office use. There is a 22-ft. ceiling height with two tailgates and one drive-in for each unit and 25 parking spaces.

At 209 40th Street, the entire 44,311-sq.-ft. site is also available and divides into two units. The first unit totals 24,235 sq. ft. with 1,680 sq. ft. of office space. The second unit is 20,076 sq. ft. with 1,776 sq. ft. for office use. There is a 22-ft. ceiling height with two tailgates for each unit as well as 32 parking spaces.

NAI Hanson senior vice president Andrew Somple, SIOR, and sales associate Russell Verducci are overseeing the assignment on behalf of the owner, David Iacobucci of Baker Properties.
