NAI Hanson Named Leasing Agent for Retail Site

HACKENSACK—NAI James E. Hanson has been retained as leasing agent for a retail space within Monroe Town Center, a 32,305-sq.-ft. neighborhood shopping center in Monroe Township.

NAI Hanson's CEO of property management Steve De Mattheis, CPM, is handling the assignment for the site's owner, Monroe Center Associates LLC.

Located at 337 Applegarth Road, at the intersection of Prospect Plains Road, the 3,200-sq.-ft. end-cap location offers a dual entrance with abundant parking totaling five per 1,000 sq. ft. The site, which is situated at a main traffic light intersection, can be subdivided if needed.

Neighboring retailers include Target, Staples, CVS, Stop & Shop, and The Home Depot.
